Zade Dirani is an internationally acclaimed pianist and composer whose music blends contemporary piano, classical crossover, and influences from around the world. A Billboard-charting recording artist and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, he has performed for audiences across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

Zade has appeared at many of the world’s distinguished concert venues and cultural institutions, including Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Music Center at Strathmore in Washington, D.C., the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, Place des Arts in Montreal, Royce Hall at UCLA in Los Angeles, Chicago Symphony Center, and Dubai Opera, as well as the Library of Congress and Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C., UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, and the World Economic Forum.

Described by People magazine as a “Piano Prodigy,” Zade has performed before prominent international figures including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan, Nelson Mandela, Queen Noor, former U.S. First Lady Laura Bush, and Colin Powell. Early in his career, he was mentored by Grammy Award-winning producer David Foster.

In 2008, Zade created One Night in Jordan: A Concert for Peace, bringing together 100 musicians, including London’s Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the London Voices, for a performance before more than 10,000 people at the historic Roman Theatre in Amman. The accompanying album debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s New Age chart and No. 5 on the Classical Crossover chart.

His international recording projects include Un Piano y Amigos, recorded in Madrid with collaborations featuring India Martínez, Ana Mena, and Pitingo, and Princess of the Night, a two-piano collaboration with legendary French pianist Richard Clayderman.

In 2016, Zade was appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. His humanitarian work has included Heartbeat, recorded with a young internally displaced Syrian girl, and Musiqati, a music-based initiative developed with UNICEF to support children living in refugee camps.

Zade continues to tour internationally, bringing together piano, orchestra, original compositions, and beloved melodies from different cultures in concerts centered on his enduring belief in music as a universal language.
